Cleaner Living Services takes every concern seriously. Anyone can use this form: employees, clients, suppliers, community members, and other stakeholders.

Your report is handled confidentially. CLS does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. You may submit anonymously.

What this form covers:
Use it to report concerns about human rights, working conditions (including wages, benefits, harassment, discrimination, or modern slavery), environmental impact, or unethical business practices.

1. Confirmation of receipt: if you share contact details, we confirm we received your report within 5 business days.
2. Review: our responsible person reviews your report independently and may contact you for more detail.
3. Resolution: we propose a remedy, and where you are reachable, we consult you before it is finalized. Most cases are resolved within 30 days; complex cases may take longer, and we will tell you why.
4. Appeal: if you disagree with the outcome, you may appeal in writing within 30 days of the decision.
